BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Pension Servicing Specialist to join our client, a leading investment and financial services organisation based in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will join their Drawdown Communications Team, providing high-quality client service and ensuring accurate administration across a wide range of pension-related enquiries.

  • Salary remuneration of Β£29,000
  • Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm (1hr Lunch)
  • Hybrid Working following training - Typically 2 days from home - 3 days office based

Your Duties & Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to client queries via email, secure messages, and written correspondence
  • Handling inbound calls and making outbound calls where required
  • Resolving pension-related enquiries accurately and professionally
  • Managing casework from initial contact through to completion
  • Liaising with internal teams to support smooth and efficient case progression
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all processes and regulatory standards are adhered to
  • Prioritising quality and delivering positive client outcomes in every interaction
  • Working within agreed SLAs and compliance guidelines

You will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in pension administration or a similar financial services role would be ideal
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a busy environment
