BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for an Estimator with a Geotechnical Bias to join a client who are leaders in the construction sector based in the Midlands.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for geotechnical projects
- Analyse project requirements and specifications

- Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotes
- Maintain accurate records of estimates and project costs
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents
- Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as necessary
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management
