We\’re looking for a Trainee Paraplanner to join our client\’s growing team and take the first step towards becoming a qualified financial planning professional. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a basic understanding of financial products and services who\’s eager to learn, grow, and gain industry-recognised qualifications. Your role: Supporting experienced Paraplanners and Financial Advisers in preparing financial reports and client documentation Conducting product and fund research Assisting with administrative duties related to financial planning Learning the ins and outs of cashflow modelling, tax planning, pensions, investments, and protection Working towards the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII) or equivalent qualification Who we\’re looking for: A genuine interest in financial advice and planning Basic knowledge of financial products such as pensions, ISAs, and investments Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ideally, some experience in a financial services environment (but not essential) Desire and commitment to work towards professional qualifications What you\’ll receive: Full support and funding towards CII qualifications On-the-job training with mentorship from experienced professionals Opportunities for career progression into Paraplanning or Advisory roles A friendly, collaborative work environment Flexible working options
