BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join their client in Middlesbrough on a permanent basis. This is the ideal opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor who is looking for a new challenge. This role is fully site based for the first month and then hybrid working is available (3 days on site/2 days from home). Working with international team. You will need: CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards. Strong ER case management experience. Strong employment law knowledge. Previous experience of working in a generalist HR position. Previous experience of working in a fast paced environment
