BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Front of House Assistant to join our client who are an award-winning group of financial services and technology companies based in Newburn, Newcastle Upon Tyne. You will be a key and valued member of Front of House team, playing an important role in the administration and smooth running of the business. This is a dynamic role that requires an outgoing, organised, and professional person who can work effectively as part of a team. Key Benefits they offer: * Salary remuneration of £31,396 inclusive of a monthly bonus. * Full-time permanent position * Working Hours – Monday to Friday 7:30-8:30am to 4:30pm-5:30pm (1hr Lunch) * Office based * Free on-site parking * 33 days annual leave, including bank holidays (increases with length of service) * Enhanced Maternity, paternity and adoption leave * Company pension contribution (increases with length of service) * Financial Services Academy – Allowing employees to develop their career within the wealth management sector * Company/team events throughout the year Your Duties & Responsibilities include: * Responsible for providing an exceptional client experience * Greeting and hosting clients and advisers * Meeting room management * Office presentation * Managing reception inbox and administration tasks * Booking travel for staff, advisers and clients * Assisting and managing events * Switchboard * Receipt and distribution of mail and parcels * Facilities assistance * Servicing tea and coffee & lunch You will need: * Pro-active attitude * Committed to providing the best customer service * Friendly and professional manner * Strong attention to detail * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Strong organisational and time management skills. * The ability to build positive relationships with team members, clients, and other stakeholders. * Knowledge of MS Office products, such as Excel and Word
