Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paraplanner to support Financial Advisers in delivering tailored financial planning solutions. As a Paraplanner, you'll play a vital role in the financial planning process, preparing high-quality suitability reports, conducting research, and ensuring clients receive accurate, compliant advice. Key responsibilities include: Producing detailed suitability reports and recommendation letters Gathering and analysing client information Researching financial products and solutions Obtaining information from pension providers and third parties Supporting Financial Advisers throughout the advice process Maintaining accurate client records and documentation Keeping up to date with regulatory and legislative changes Working closely with administrators and other team members to deliver an exceptional client experience About You We're looking for someone who has: Previous experience as a Paraplanner within an IFA or Wealth Management environment Experience writing suitability reports A strong understanding of financial planning products and advice processes DipPFS qualification (or working towards it) is desirable Excellent analytical and numerical skills Exceptional attention to detail Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience working within a regulated financial services environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using financial planning software being advantageous What's on Offer Competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000, depending on experience Support with professional qualifications and continued development Hybrid working after initial training Opportunities for long-term career progression If you're an experienced Paraplanner looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you
