BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Financial Adviser to join our client, an award‑winning group of financial services and technology companies based in Newburn, Newcastle upon Tyne. This is an Employed position. The company is committed to professional growth and offers full support in achieving industry‑recognised qualifications. About the Role
- Salary: Range from ÂŁ54,000 to ÂŁ64,000 (inclusive of monthly bonus)
- Bonus Scheme: New‑business bonus and quarterly team bonus.
- Working Model: Fully remote, with one office visit per month (all travel & hotel covered)
- Role Type: Full‑time, permanent
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm

Duties / Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed client consultations to understand financial goals, circumstances, and long‑term objectives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and tailored advice across pensions, investments, insurance, and estate planning.
- Create comprehensive financial plans, analyse client financial positions, and deliver clear, suitable recommendations.
- Monitor market movements and adjust client strategies as required, conducting regular portfolio reviews.
- Ensure all advice meets regulatory standards and internal compliance requirements, maintaining accurate records throughout.
- Prepare and present reports outlining financial plans, performance, and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to grow new business and support client acquisition.
- Engage in networking and work with internal teams to support wider business‑development initiatives.
About You
- Diploma Level 4 qualified (CII or LIBF).
- Ideally 3–5 years’ experience in financial advice.
- CAS status preferred but full support provided to obtain CAS within 3 months.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Capable of managing a busy diary with internal appointment flow.
- Passionate about providing high‑quality, compliant financial advice.
