Are you organised, confident, creative and looking to build a career in marketing and account management? BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Junior Account Manager to join their marketing team in Teesside.
You’ll start with a smaller, manageable portfolio, giving you the opportunity to build strong client relationships, understand their businesses and develop your account management skills. As your experience and confidence grow, so will the size and responsibility of your portfolio.
You won’t be expected to personally create every piece of marketing. Your role is to understand what your clients need, help shape their marketing activity and coordinate delivery through the right specialist teams across Social, Content, Creative and Paid Media.
You’ll have the support and guidance of an experienced marketing team around you while taking genuine ownership of your accounts from day one. They are not expecting you to arrive as a fully developed Account Manager. They are looking for someone with the foundations and attitude to become one!
Their office has a real buzz, with a modern, energetic culture where collaboration and creativity thrive. They believe the best ideas come from working closely together, sharing knowledge, and celebrating success as a team, therefore this is an office-based role, not hybrid or homeworking.
What’s on offer:
- 28 days holiday.
- Competitive salary package.
- A supportive and collaborative working environment.
- Ongoing training and development opportunities.
- The chance to work on a variety of exciting projects and campaigns.
- Career progression within a growing business.
