This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in planning and executing a variety of events, from corporate functions to award ceremonies. What You'll Be Doing:
- Planning, coordinating, and delivering events from concept to completion alongside the Events team
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Attending events and liaising with stakeholders at all levels
- Sourcing venues, arranging transport and assisting with the logistics
- Supporting on-the-day event delivery and resolving any last-minute challenges
- Managing the website, client communications, and managing all administrative sides of the Event process.
