BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator for their client in Newton Aycliffe. You will be part of a well-established team who help you on your journey to success. Being on the frontline you will demonstrate that you have a friendly outgoing personality and “love” dealing with PEOPLE. High-quality customer experience is important for this role; you’ll be dealing with telephone and email enquiries, talking to clients/suppliers and internal colleagues about their issues, answering their questions and recommending options of resolution or forwarding them to the account manager. You will prove your ability to think quickly, solve problems and identify opportunities to enhance their customer experience. Your can-do attitude and the desire to provide outstanding service will ensure full customer satisfaction.
