Commercial Contract Specialist Location: North East England (Hybrid Working Available) My client are seeking an experienced Commercial Contract Specialist to support the commercial management of engineering and industrial projects across the North East. The successful candidate will be responsible for contract administration, change management, commercial risk mitigation, tender reviews, and client/subcontractor negotiations. A background in mechanical, piping, or process engineering environments is preferred, although candidates from other engineering sectors will also be considered. Strong knowledge of NEC, JCT, or bespoke contracts and the ability to work collaboratively with project and commercial teams is essential. Key Requirements: Experience in contract and commercial management within engineering, construction, or industrial sectors Strong understanding of contractual risk, variations, and claims Mechanical and piping project experience advantageous Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills Ability to work from the North East office with hybrid flexibility
