This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor, trainee, or solicitor/apprentice looking to gain hands‑on experience across a variety of commercial property transactions and development projects. About the Role
- Support the Commercial Real Estate team across a wide range of matters, including:
- Landlord and tenant estate management, acting for commercial landlords with significant portfolios and assets
- Investment acquisitions and disposals, including single and multi‑property transactions
- Major projects including restructuring, residential and commercial developments, and other complex real‑estate transactions
- Assisting with administration and transactional work across diverse sectors
Who We’re Looking For
- NQ to 2 years PQE, or experience as a trainee/apprentice in a Real Estate team
- Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive team player
- Excellent organisation and IT skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and high standards of client care
- Excellent written and verbal communication, able to liaise confidently with clients and senior lawyers
