BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for Graduate Structural Engineers to join a client who are a leading firm in the engineering sector based in the Midlands.

Duties/Responsibilities
– Assist in the design and analysis of structural projects
– Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications
– Collaborate with senior engineers to develop innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges
– Prepare detailed engineering reports and documentation
– Utilise industry-standard software for structural analysis and design
– Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
– Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of project plans
– Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on all projects

About You
– Recent graduate with a degree in Structural Engineering or a related field
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Proficiency in relevant engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro)
– Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
– Willingness to travel to various sites as required
