We are looking for an experienced and creative Events Manager to join our client's team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with a proven track record in events management, who can juggle multiple projects and deliver exceptional results. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events across a variety of sectors, working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, from corporate functions to private events.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget, ensuring all elements of the event are aligned.
  • Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and suppliers.
  • Oversee event set-up, on-the-day coordination, and post-event breakdown.
  • Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Develop creative concepts and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality.

Key Requirements:
