Weβre looking for an Event Coordinator to join our client's growing team in Newcastle. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in planning and executing a variety of events, from corporate functions to award ceremonies. The role is suited to someone looking to enhance their career in Events Management, and would be perfect for an events graduate or someone junior in their career looking to develop and progress with a company.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Planning, coordinating, and delivering events from concept to completion alongside the Events team
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Attending events and liaising with stakeholders at all levels
- Sourcing venues, arranging transport, and assisting with logistics
- Supporting on-the-day event delivery and resolving last-minute challenges
- Managing the website, client communications, and all administrative aspects of the event process
