BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Customer Success Manager for their client in Peterlee, Durham. You’ll be working for a leading provider of self‑storage solutions, specialising in the design, manufacture, and installation of storage facilities and access control systems. Part of a global group, this company delivers end‑to‑end services—from initial consultation through to project completion—supporting clients across Europe and worldwide with innovative, high‑quality, and technology‑driven storage solutions.

To be successful in this role you need to be hands on and have a mass of experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders. You are confident in presenting and delivering virtual and onsite customer training. You will manage the process from dealing with the legal documentation, the customer onboarding lifecycle followed by contract handover, to going live.

Career progression and internal development:

  • Full time 37 Hours a week
  • Monday to Thursday 8.15am to 4.45pm - Friday 8.15am to 3pm

Responsibilities/Requirements:

  • Coordinating and communicating clearly through the whole phase from start to finish
  • Customer relationship management
  • Manage finance related queries between internal and external colleagues
  • Run regular customer check‑ins to review performance, training needs and potential risks
  • Proactively managing internal relationships
  • Review, update and expand customer facing training materials to improve consistency and quality
  • Relationship builder who cultivates trust with customers at all levels
  • Operationally disciplined, organised and consistent
