Are you a Senior Finance Assistant ready to move up to the next level as a Bookkeeper or maybe you would like a change of office environment or culture. BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Bookkeeper for their client in Northallerton. Here, you will have the opportunity to progress in your chosen area of your expertise. Your individual specialism will be supported by managers, encouraging you to develop at every chance.
You will not be micromanaged; you manage your own time. There is flexible working, so if you have commitments in the morning or evening, you can work your hours around these. There could be an opportunity for a shorter week if you have childcare commitments or prefer not to work full time.
You will be fully qualified AAT or qualified by experience. You must hold a UK driving licence as visiting clients’ sites is essential for this role.
- Full time 37.5 hours a week

Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Daily bookkeeping
- Providing clients with Management information
- Banks Reconciliations
- Reconciliation balance sheet and P&L accounts
- Assisting in the production of monthly management accounts
- Preparation of weekly/monthly supplier payments
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues
