Position Summary:
You will take charge of all incoming reservations and customer calls and be the first point of contact for our valued clients wanting to book any of our UK or Cruise departures, delivering exceptional customer service while converting enquiries into sales. You will build strong working relationships with our UK events and Overseas & Cruise Specialists, along with key UK partners and stakeholders. You will be working with the business development team to grow our subscriptions, memberships and wider holiday clientele through effective outbound sales strategies.
Position Responsibilities Summary:
- Answering client calls and assisting them with queries and bookings
- Actioning shared, personal email inboxes and customer tickets
- Undertake outbound sales initiatives in line with business development team needs
- Support UK Events Specialist with accurate reporting, manifests and rooming lists
- Be fully trained on UK, Cruise and Overseas event preparation(s) in case cover is required

Experience:
