Location: Bracknell, Berkshire (Mondays & Fridays, after training, are working from home and Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays are in the office)

Position Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing strategies that promote our distinctive Bridge holidays and events in the UK and Overseas. This position supports the delivery of high-impact campaigns that reflect our brand values and engage our loyal community of Bridge players. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing campaign calendars, producing engaging content for both digital and print platforms, and working closely with the Business Development team to implement offers and drive bookings. This role also involves managing the social media activity for both entities (BMB and BMBH), coordinating email marketing, and analysing and reporting on the performance of campaigns, and social media to optimise results. The ideal candidate will be creative, well-organised, and passionate about travel as well as community engagement.

Position Responsibilities Summary:

  • Develop and manage the marketing budgets across all campaigns
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including advertising agencies and relevant print publication houses
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns in line with seasonal/annual events and strategic objectives
  • Create and manage content across digital platforms including websites, emails, newsletters, and social media
  • Coordinate with the Business Development team to launch promotions, offers, and marketing initiatives in line with sales targets
  • Maintain and update campaign schedules, ensuring timely delivery of assets and communications
  • Create and deliver weekly supporting artwork for all platforms as needed using toolkit(s) such as Canva
  • Support the organisation of promotional materials and liaise with design and print suppliers as needed
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all touchpoints
  • Contribute to customer engagement strategies to enhance retention and satisfaction

Who you are:

  • Familiarity with Canva and Photoshop preferred but not required
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Confident and friendly communicator both written and verbal
  • Excellent time and workload management
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Capable of working under pressure, and to shifting deadlines
  • Commitment to learning and improving with the role and wider business

Experience:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in marketing role, preferably within the travel, hospitality, events, or leisure industries
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and scheduling tools (e.g. Publer)
  • Experience using email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp or similar) to design and send campaigns
