We are seeking an experienced, committed, and highly effective Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) to join our Extended Leadership Team. This is a pivotal non-teaching role responsible for leading and managing all aspects of safeguarding and child protection across the school. The successful candidate will champion a strong safeguarding culture, ensuring that the welfare of children remains at the heart of all decision‑making. Working closely with senior leaders, staff, families, governors, and external agencies, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure the highest standards of safeguarding practice.
