As a Co‑Educator, you will support the class teacher in delivering an inclusive, engaging learning experience that enables all pupils to achieve their full potential. You will work with individuals and small groups, adapt learning activities, provide targeted support and interventions, promote positive behaviour, encourage independence, and help create a nurturing environment that supports pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development while contributing to assessment, progress monitoring, and the delivery of the school’s values and curriculum.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, patient, and committed to helping children achieve their full potential. Experience in a similar role is beneficial, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
