We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Payroll, Pension and Benefits Compliance Lead to join our Trust. This key role will be responsible for ensuring the effective management, governance, and compliance of payroll, pension, and employee benefits processes across the Trust. The successful candidate will provide expert leadership and oversight to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, statutory requirements, and regulatory frameworks, including HMRC regulations, the Teachers' Pension Scheme (TPS), and the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS). They will play a pivotal role in maintaining robust controls, managing audits, mitigating risk, and driving continuous improvement across payroll and benefits operations.

Working closely with HR, Finance, school leaders, external providers, and key stakeholders, the postholder will ensure the delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant payroll and pension services while supporting the Trust's commitment to excellence, transparency, and employee wellbeing.
