Responsibilities include managing the reception area, supporting pupils, parents, staff and visitors, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school office. Duties include maintaining pupil records and attendance data, handling enquiries, coordinating admissions and school trips, managing ParentPay and communications, administering first aid, and supporting a range of administrative, finance and operational processes while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. The post-holder will be expected to liaise with parents, carers, members of the community, and staff within the Trust.
