The British Medical Association (BMA) Cymru/Wales is seeking a full-time Employment Adviser to join the Member relations team in Cardiff. This hybrid role requires presence in the Cardiff office at least 2 days per week and a valid driver’s license to attend work sites when needed.
You will provide case representation and advice to members, preparing cases for employers or appeal panels, and supporting local campaigns.
