BMA Cymru Wales is seeking an experienced Office Administrator/Receptionist to be the first point of contact for members and stakeholders at our Cardiff office.
This full-time, on-site role covers reception, general admin, meeting support and events coordination.
You will manage inboxes, book meetings, provide IT support for in-person or hybrid meetings, order supplies, maintain health and safety information and assist with travel and recruitment events.
Strong MS Office skills essential.
