Roles: Senior Sales Negotiator
Days/ hours: Mon β Friday: 8:30am β 6:30pm with Alternative Saturday 10am β 4pm
Must have: Driving licence and car
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, we would expect you to be able to pick up client relationships, enhance your established pipeline and continue to generate new business opportunities.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years property sales experience required
- Must be experienced in Listings
- Must have your own car
- Must be well spoken and presentable
The ideal Senior Sales Negotiator candidate will be accomplished at negotiating Sales contracts with both vendors and applicants and have a strong personality to deal with the nature of the role. To be considered for this position you will have at least 18 months experience. The Senior Sales Negotiator candidate must be well spoken, highly articulate and be driven to succeed.
Additional Requirements:
- 3 years Property Sales experience
- Must be able to list properties
- Ability to demonstrate a proven track record
- Passion for selling houses

- Manage electronic data and e-mails and ensure all clients files are updated and compliant
- Deal with property owners/tenants queries verbally and in written form
- Carry out market appraisals and follow up with potential clients
