As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, we would expect you to be able to pick up client relationships, enhance your established pipeline and continue to generate new business opportunities.
Duties of the Senior Lettings Negotiator:
- Letting, Valuation and Listing of residential properties, whilst maximising fees and for let boards.
- Register client details and get to know the customers’ needs.
- Book and conduct multiple property viewings whilst overcoming objections.
- Working with your team to deliver success and consistently high service standards.
- Canvassing the local area.
- Contacting landlords.
- Calling our previous client database.
- Advertise properties through all available channels.
What you need:
- Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills to drive your career within the property industry.
- Passionate about our clients' values and processes.

- A full UK Drivers' license for a manual vehicle.
