We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our clients busy and friendly office based in Sale on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of private client matters including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate, Estate Administration and Trusts.
- Provide clear, sensitive and practical advice to clients on estate and succession planning.
- Handle complex and high-value estates with confidence and attention to detail.
- Ensure all matters are progressed efficiently and in compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
- Maintain the highest standards of client care and confidentiality.
- Build and develop strong relationships with clients, professional contacts, and colleagues.
- Support the continued growth and development of the Private Client department.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in Private Client work.
- Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently.
- Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of private client law.
- Excellent organisational, drafting and communication skills.
- A compassionate and client-focused approach.
- STEP qualification (desirable but not essential).
