Salary: Β£20k - Β£23k basic OTE Β£30k (10% commission)
Location: Hayes
Days/ hours: Mon β Thursday: 9:30am β 6:30pm, Friday 9:30am β 5pm with Alternative Saturday 10am β 2pm
Must have: Driving licence and car
Trainee Sales Negotiator details
As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, you would dialling out from the database and booking in viewings for potential clients to view properties listed with this agent.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ years sales experience required (telesales, B2B, B2C, Account management, or business development)
- Must have your own car
- Must be well spoken and presentable
- Local to Hayes
- Bilingual (Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu desired NOT Essential)
The ideal Trainee Sales Negotiator candidate will be accomplished at negotiating Sales contracts with both vendors and applicants and have a strong personality to deal with the nature of the role. To be considered for this position you will have at least 12 months experience in sales and training in estate agency sales will be provided. The Trainee Sales Negotiator candidate must be well spoken, highly articulate and be driven to succeed.
Trainee Sales Negotiator:
- 1 years Sales experience
- Passion for selling houses or the property market
- Chance to work for a market leading independent agent
- Manage electronic data and e-mails and ensure all clients files are updated and compliant
- Register requirements and details of potential clients and applicants
- Carry out viewings of properties
- Give feedback from viewings to the owners of properties
