- Role: Residential Conveyancer/Conveyancer
- Hybrid working: Yes up to 3 possibly 4 days’ work from home at clients discretion

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated property lawyer to join our client’s office based in North London.
If you are a confident, friendly and approachable conveyancer with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.
The right candidate will have
- At least 2 years’ solid experience of residential conveyancing fee earning
- Handling broad range of residential conveyancing files,
- Great people skills and will be an enthusiastic team player
- Good organisational, time management and IT skills
- Excellent standards of client care and great communication skills
Duties
- Managing residential files like
- Freehold (sales/Purchases)
- Leasehold (sales/Purchases)
- Transfer of equity
