What you’ll be doing
- Advising FTSE-listed and global corporates on a wide range of employment law matters
- Handling complex employment tribunal claims, senior executive matters, whistleblowing, and discrimination issues
- Supporting clients on large-scale restructures, redundancies, TUPE, and cross-border projects
- Involvement in High Court litigation and executive compensation matters
- Contributing to strategic initiatives such as global change management and gender pay gap audits
What we’re looking for
- 2 to 7 years’ PQE within a respected commercial employment practice
- Strong technical and advisory background with tribunal and high-value litigation experience
- Experience with executive-level issues, corporate support, or international employment law is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and a collaborative mindset
