Our Client is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their established team. Here, you'll deliver expert advice on Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Inheritance Planning, and more, all while championing exceptional client experiences and leading a dedicated support team.
Our client is a long standing business with a very loyal client following which consists of HNI clients as well as your walk in clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a personal caseload, delivering against targets by providing high-quality, timely, and professional advice on Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Inheritance Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, and Trusts, always acting in the client's best interest.
- Prioritise and manage deadlines independently, handling complex inquiries and drafting necessary legal documents while maintaining detailed records and timely communication (phone and email).
- Ensure exceptional client experience, especially for vulnerable individuals, by offering compassionate and sensitive advice, managing expectations.
