About the Role
Part of the Beauparc Group, B&M Waste is a leading waste management provider. We\'re hiring an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver for our Birmingham team.
The Role
Based at our Birmingham depot (B8 1AH), you\'ll collect and transport commercial waste using our modern fleet.
- Shift Pattern: Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Starts around 2-4 PM with paid breaks.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive HGV Class 2 vehicles.
- Complete efficient collection routes.
- Ensure tidy customer sites.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks.
- Weigh bins and record data on a tablet.
- Follow waste regulations and driver hours.
- Report incidents promptly.
Essential Requirements
- Valid UK Class 2 licence, current Driver CPC, and digital tachograph card.
- Good customer service skills.
- Physically fit for manual handling.
- Flexibility for occasional weekend work.
