Are you a passionate marketing professional who wants to use your skills for good? We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Officer to help amplify the voice of a global organisation making a real difference in the lives of some of the world’s most overlooked communities.
In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver engaging, mission-led campaigns that drive awareness, encourage engagement, and support vital fundraising efforts. You'll be part of a collaborative Development team and contribute to a wide range of marketing activities – from digital strategy and content creation to events, newsletters, and branded materials.
Key duties:- Supporting and delivering digital marketing strategies to increase engagement and donations
- Creating and managing impactful campaigns across social media and email platforms
- Coordinating regular newsletters and promotional content for key partners and stakeholders
- Working with external agencies to ensure website content and campaigns are up-to-date and SEO-optimised
- Managing event materials, case studies, and a library of visual assets
- Producing reports to evaluate campaign performance and inform future strategy
- Solid experience in marketing, especially in a digital or fundraising context
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with an eye for compelling content
- Knowledge of managing websites and social channels (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Instagram)
- Strong team player who can manage multiple priorities with energy and professionalism
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and a passion for clear, effective branding (a bonus, but not essential)
