As Floor Manager, you\’ll support the Store Management team in running day-to-day operations. You\’ll lead by example, motivate your team, and ensure exceptional store standards and customer experience.
The key responsibilities are:
- Deliver excellent service and maintain strong visual and operational standards
- Support, develop and motivate your team to hit sales and performance targets
- Ensure the store meets all legal, safety, and operational requirements
- Drive KPIs and manage performance effectively
- Contribute to a positive, high-performing store culture
What we\’re looking for:
- Experience managing a team in retail or hospitality
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- A hands‑on approach with a flexible, \’can do\’ attitude
- Ability to think on your feet and make confident decisions
- Passion for retail and delivering great service
