We are recruiting a Deputy Store Manager to join our Stratford-Upon-Avon team. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will play a key role in running the store - driving performance, maintaining high standards, and leading your team by example. This is a hands-on role where you will be active on the shop floor, setting the pace and coaching your team to success.
What we are looking for:
- Retail management experience in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop medium to large teams
- Strong commercial acumen and track record of hitting KPIs
- Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
- Experience in FMCG or big box retail is ideal, but not essential
