We are recruiting a Deputy Store Manager to join our Springkerse Retail Park store team, in Stirling. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will play a key role in running the store - driving performance, maintaining high standards, and leading your team by example. This is a hands-on role where you will be active on the shop floor, setting the pace and coaching your team to success.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Retail management experience in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and develop medium to large teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and track record of hitting KPIs.
  • Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Experience in FMCG or big box retail is ideal, but not essential.
