We\’re recruiting for a Replenishment Manager to join our store team in Boucher Road, Belfast! You\’ll play a key role in maintaining high store standards through efficient stock management, strong leadership, and hands‑on teamwork.
This is a permanent, full‑time role requiring the flexibility to work a range of shifts across days, evenings, and weekends.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead and train the replenishment team to deliver excellent availability and store presentation
- Manage deliveries efficiently and ensure stock is worked quickly and accurately
- Oversee warehouse and back‑of‑house operations, including stock control and safety
- Support promotional and seasonal activities
- Ensure compliance with legal, health & safety, and operational standards
- Drive KPIs and maintain high performance throughout the team
