We\’re recruiting for a Replenishment Manager to join our store team in Clacton-on-Sea! You\’ll play a key role in maintaining high store standards through efficient stock management, strong leadership, and hands‑on teamwork.

This is a permanent, full-time role requiring the flexibility to work a range of shifts across days, evenings, and weekends.

What you\’ll be doing:

  • Lead and train the replenishment team to deliver excellent availability and store presentation
  • Manage deliveries efficiently and ensure stock is worked quickly and accurately
  • Oversee warehouse and back-of-house operations, including stock control and safety
  • Support promotional and seasonal activities
  • Ensure compliance with legal, health & safety, and operational standards
  • Drive KPIs and maintain high performance throughout the team
