We are currently recruiting for a Replenishment Manager to join our team in Boongate Retail Park, Peterborough! This is a part time, permanent position working 30 hours per week and requires the flexibility to shifts in the daytime, evenings and at weekends.

As a Replenishment Manager, you will support the Store Management team to ensure that the warehouse, fill levels and stock control are maintained to provide the highest store standards for our customers.
You will also:
- Train all members of the team and drive the replenishment shift to highest standards, in order to give the tools needed to deliver the best results for the store
- Ensure that all staff are complaint with our Health and Safety policies in order to provide a safe environment for both customers and staff
- Support delivery of promotional seasonal activity
- Ensure deliveries are worked efficiently in line with wage costs
- Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
- Ensure the store is presentable at all times with full availability and excellent customer service!
Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, focused & driven team players with a passion for retail & delivering great service!
It is essential that applicants have the following:
- Experience of managing a small team, in a fast paced retail environment
- Effective communication and organisational skills
- The ability to think on your feet
- A flexible approach and a \βcan do\β attitude
- A strong knowledge and ability to deliver KPI\βs
Having a Fork Lift Truck license is also desirable, but not essential.
