B&M are looking for a proactive and delivery-focused Project Manager to lead the successful execution of transformation projects that support business improvement and strategic priorities across the organisation. This role is responsible for managing projects from initiation through to implementation, ensuring delivery is well governed, effectively communicated, and embedded successfully into the business. Working closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, the Project Manager will drive progress, manage risks, and maintain focus on achieving outcomes on time and within budget. The successful candidate will bring strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to navigate complexity while building strong relationships across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring clear scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans are in place.
  • Build and maintain robust project plans, tracking delivery progress and managing risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver project outcomes effectively and at pace.
  • Monitor project performance against timelines, budgets, and expected benefits, taking corrective action where required.
  • Facilitate workshops, governance forums, and stakeholder meetings to drive alignment and maintain momentum.
  • Support successful business implementation and change adoption, ensuring operational, compliance, and process impacts are addressed.
