This role sits within our architectural division, based at our Sheffield Depot. Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via telephone and email. Build, maintain and update customer and prospect databases. Gather customer feedback, market intelligence and competitor information. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual and team sales targets and gross margin objectives. Confident and professional telephone manner. Strong communication and relationship building skills. Previous experience working with contractors, builders or residential customers.
