Role and Responsibilities:
- General Administration Tasks
- Processing orders on the system and following orders through from start to completion
- Responding to internal and external emails in a timely manner
- Support administration function
- Organising transport bookings for various couriers
- Builds and maintains contact databases
- Maintains relationships with existing clients
- Provide regular, ongoing information on new products and services
- Actively following up all quotations raised and providing feedback
- Gathering general customer feedback, market activities and competitor information
- Support technically new and existing customer, recommend solutions
- Contributes to sales team effort by meeting individual and team sales targets and gross margin targets

- Be confident on telephone with new contacts
- Build client relations

- Be enthusiastic and energetic
- Be motivated to sell and be driven to meet personal and team targets
- Able to work independantly
- Ideally experience of dealing with contractors,residential customers
- Advantage if experience with landscaping/architectural products
