Role and Responsibilities:

  • General Administration Tasks
  • Processing orders on the system and following orders through from start to completion
  • Responding to internal and external emails in a timely manner
  • Support administration function
  • Organising transport bookings for various couriers
  • Builds and maintains contact databases
  • Maintains relationships with existing clients
  • Provide regular, ongoing information on new products and services
  • Actively following up all quotations raised and providing feedback
  • Gathering general customer feedback, market activities and competitor information
  • Support technically new and existing customer, recommend solutions
  • Contributes to sales team effort by meeting individual and team sales targets and gross margin targets

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Be confident on telephone with new contacts
  • Build client relations
  • Promote excellence
  • Be enthusiastic and energetic
  • Be motivated to sell and be driven to meet personal and team targets
  • Able to work independantly
  • Ideally experience of dealing with contractors,residential customers
  • Advantage if experience with landscaping/architectural products
