Role and responsibilities:
- Drives new business by identification and research into new sales opportunities.
- Builds and maintains contact databases.
- Establish contact and develop relationships with prospects.
- Maintains relationships with existing clients.
- Provide regular, ongoing information on new products and services.
- Actively following up all quotations raised and providing feedback.
- Gathering general customer feedback, market activities and competitor information.
- Contributes to sales team effort by meeting individual and team sales targets & Gross Margin targets.
- Promotion of all products along with added value services.
- Processing orders on the system and following orders through from start to completion.
- Responding to internal & external emails in a timely manner.
- Support in the administration of the sales function as required.
