We are excited to share a NEW 9 month GRADUATE PROGRAM within our Supply Chain team. Working for one of the fastest growing retailers in the UK, you will be fully immersed within the world of Distribution & Transport.
Throughout This Program You Will Be Working With The Different Teams Within Our Supply Chain Network, Gaining Industry Insight And Experience That Will Set You Up For Success! Liaising With Different Teams/departments Including
- Warehouse Operations (Distribution Centres) - Our 24/7 sites are split across the UK (Liverpool, Ellesmere Port, Runcorn, Bedford.
- Transport - Our transport function supports our Distribution centres, getting the right stock at the right place at the right time.
- Central Supply Chain Operations - Our central function helps us with forecasting, capacity and continuous improvement across our whole network.
- Industry exposure, working with our different teams you will gain valuable experience within the world of Logistics & Supply Chain
- Skill Development, through workshops/mentoring and experience we will enhance hard & soft skills.
- Career readiness, we will stay with you along your journey throughout the program and after to ensure you are equipped for a career after your program.
- To be a recent graduate or in your final year of study ready to start the programme September 2025.
- Ideally be on track or have achieved a 2:2 degree in a relevant discipline.
- The Right to work in the UK on a full-time, permanent basis.
- Ideally a full UK Driving License.
- A positive, determined attitude, able to build relationships and influence.
- Excellent communication skills to be able to talk effectively to all areas of the business.
