B&M Retail are currently recruiting for a Floor Supervisor to join our brand new team for our store opening in Strabane! This is a part time role, working 20 hours a week and will require the flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings and at weekends. We are one of the UK’s fastest growing retailers and, with our ongoing expansion plans, there’s never been a better time to join us! As a Floor Supervisor in our new store, you will support the Floor Manager in ensuring that our team delivers the best store standards for our customers!
Responsibilities- Support the management of our teams and motivate colleagues to increase sales and ensure efficiency
- Provide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills, knowledge and training
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through the delivery of excellent customer service
- Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
- Play a vital part in continuing to make our stores a fun place to work!
Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, focused & driven team players with a passion for retail & delivering great service!
Essential qualifications- Experience supervising/managing a small team, in a fast paced retail environment
- The ability to think on your feet and motivate others
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organisation skills
- A flexible approach and a ‘can do’ attitude
