Youll have the freedom to think for yourself, using your commercial knowledge to maximise sales potential in your store. We dont have office managers at B&M! As a Store Manager, you\’ll be present on the floor, getting stuck in and playing a key part in the successful running of your store! Whether its processing deliveries, assisting customers, supporting with floor moves or managing compliance, youll be a hands-on leader!Youll work closely with your team, driving them to achieve their best. And you\’ll coach and inspire them to reach their full potential they could be a manager of the future with your guidance!
