Stock and Systems Team Manager – Ellesmere Port Distribution Centre

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Team Manager to join our Distribution Centre in Ellesmere Port.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a key operational area and lead a team that plays a vital role in keeping over 750 stores stocked and ready to serve our 4 million customers every week.

What you’ll be doing

As a Stock and Systems Team Manager, you’ll lead, motivate, and develop your team of colleagues and achieve area KPIs within specific time frames. You will be managing the inventory of the warehouse, ensuring that accuracy is maintained.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, motivating, and supporting your team to deliver high service levels to our stores
  • Planning and managing staff training, monitoring progress and performance
  • Achieving and exceeding KPI targets
  • Ensuring that stock accuracy is maintained, as well as compliance with company policies
  • Conducting regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance and standards
  • Collaborating with colleagues to maximise efficiency in the warehouse
