Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in running the store — driving performance, maintaining high standards, and leading your team by example. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be active on the shop floor, setting the pace and coaching your team to success.
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on leadership on the shop floor to drive performance and coach the team.
- Support in maintaining high standards across store operations.
- Lead by example and develop the team to achieve store objectives.
What We’re Looking For / Qualifications:
- Retail management experience in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop medium to large teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and track record of hitting KPIs.
- Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Experience in FMCG or big box retail is ideal, but not essential.
