Security Officer

We are currently recruiting for a Retail Security Officer to join our store team in Reedswood.

Full‑time, permanent position with flexible shifts (daytime, evenings, weekends).

Responsibilities

• Observe and report any incidents in the store.
• Monitor CCTV footage in line with company policy and procedures.
• Adhere to and enforce Health & Safety guidelines.
• Conduct internal investigations into stock loss, fraud and theft.

Qualifications

• The ability to follow instructions while staying calm in pressured situations.
• Effective communication, both verbal and written.
• The ability to deal with challenging customers with professional behaviour at all times.
• A balanced sense of judgement, strong work ethics, honesty and integrity.
